Robert Paterno

Robert Paterno is a Texas transplant, holding a BS in Marine Biology from Texas A&M University at Galveston & MFA in Acting from Southern Methodist University. He has performed throughout Southern California with Theatricum Botanicum, Shakespeare Orange County, Greenway Court Theatre, Coeurage Theatre, Company of Angels, and Celebration Theatre. In 2014 he was part of the LA Weekly Best Ensemble & Best Revival Award winning production of The Last Days of Judas Iscariot (Hudson Theatre). Other regional credits include Stagewest (Fort Worth, TX) and Great River Shakespeare Festival (Winona, MN). TV/FILM: Vampire Diaries (recurring); Days of Our Lives. He has worked extensively throughout Los Angeles as a teaching artist with The Unusual Suspects, Geffen Playhouse, Theatricum Botanicum, and Pasadena Playhouse, and as a Forensic Science teacher with Johns Hopkins’ Center For Talented Youth. 

He is also a member of the Humanity Play Project,  committed to creating performance with purpose and engaging communities to inspire social action.
